The Importance of Circadian Optimization

It’s not only what you eat that matters, but when you eat is a big deal too. Pankaj Kapahi, PhD, professor at the Buck Institute talks all things circadian optimization. He points out that “a number clocks in the body respond to nutritional cues.” Translation: eating food at the right times is good for you and eating food at the wrong times (i.e. late night munchies) can be detrimental.
