CAN A NEW PARADIGM IN DIAGNOSITICS HELP YOU LIVE HEALTHIER LONGER?

Here is a press release done by a company called Human Longevity Inc. whose business model is to do these very specific tests, so they are biased.  Yet the facts in the press release are probably accurate.  As the press release is relatively succinct it would be hard for me in a sentence to capture all of the key points other than to say that these are very interesting statistics, and that these test if done properly can create actionable items you can implement to change your health and help you live healthier longer.  So well done to Human Longevity Inc.

The other point I would make before you rush off to Human Longevity Inc. to get tested is that there are a number of places you can get this done, but it will require both a geneticist and a physician.  Dr Robert Green has an excellent genomics lab at Harvard, and in any given city there’s probably someone more than qualified.  I believe Human Longevity Inc. has lowered their original price from $25,000, which is quite pricey given that having your genome read and analyzed is a $3,000 procedure.  However, included with the test Human Longevity, Inc. performs is imaging, blood work, and a full medical.
